Ingredients:
6 paus de chocolate em barra
6 c. sopa açúcar
6 ovos
125 g manteiga sem sal
Directions:
1. Derrete-se o chocolate com a manteiga em banho-maria.
2. Junta-se o açúcar e as gemas, uma a uma, batendo em cada adição.
3. Batem-se as claras em castelo, que em seguida se juntam ao preparado, sem bater mas sim a envolver.
4. Leva-se ao congelador por meia hora e depois coloca-se na parte de baixo do frigorífico.
Serve-se em taça grande ou tacinhas individuais.

Dear friend, Could you teach me how to make "Egg tard" and "Sugar pie"?
I know that egg tard is poppular in Taiwan but it originated from Portugese,doesn't it?
